The estate is in Tassoultante, on the Ourika road, one of the most sought-after residential areas of Marrakech. Each villa opens onto an unobstructed view of the Atlas, about fifteen minutes from the city centre and the airport.

Two layouts are available. The Sunset villas have a fully fitted basement: wellness area with hammam and sauna, gym, cinema room and staff area. The Sunrise villas, without a basement, favour open single-level spaces facing the gardens.
