How are you paid?
Through a commission on your property's rental income. The rate depends on the property and the level of service, and we share it with you after the visit.
Who receives the rent?
On Airbnb, as co-hosts, the platform pays your share of each booking directly to you. We only receive our commission.
Can I use my villa myself?
Yes. Tell us your dates: we block them in the calendar and prepare the villa for your arrival.
Which properties do you manage?
Upscale villas and houses in Agadir and the surrounding region, preferably with a pool.
What happens if there is damage?
We record and document it, handle the claim with the platform and the guest, then coordinate the repair with your approval.
