THE ONE overlooks the residential hills of Illigh, about ten minutes by car from the beach, golf courses, restaurants and shops of Agadir. It welcomes families, groups of friends and restorative stays in a setting where contemporary architecture meets a hundred-year-old olive tree.
On request, independent providers we recommend can arrange a private chef, breakfasts, airport transfers and excursions.

Good to know
- A rental agreement is signed before the keys are handed over.
- An ID document is required on arrival.
- In accordance with Moroccan law, unmarried couples in which at least one partner is Moroccan cannot stay in the property.
- The pool is not supervised: swimming is under the responsibility of adults, and children must be watched at all times.
